The IPSF supports the International Olympic Committee (IOC) programme to assist athletes across the world. Below are some of the resources to help athletes build a better future in sport.

ATHLETES COMMISSION

 

The role of an IPSF Athletes Commission is to represent the views and opinions of the athletes ensuring their voice is heard within the IPSF and Inform athletes about the IPSF activities. Work with and support the IPSF in its mission to develop and promote the sport and encourage National Federations to develop Athletes‘ Commissions.

The IOC Athlete Career Programme (IOC ACP), delivered in cooperation with Adecco, supports you while you prepare for and go through your career transition. The IOC ACP is based on three pillars; education, employment and life skills. Read more about the programme below.

The education workbook provides tools and guidance for athletes looking to excel in their educational pursuits. It supports athletes by providing resources that will guide them in making informed decisions in regard to the educational opportunities available to them.

The employment workbook guides athletes in identifying how their interest and assets can be transferred from world-class competition to the workplace. Athletes are supported in identifying potential opportunities for job, internship or training placements.
